  • How long have you been a trainer?

I have been certified through ISSA since 2010. And I maintain my certification with them my earning 20CEC’s of extended education every 2 years.

  • How often do you meet your in person clients?

Typically we meet once a week. Depending on Holiday’s, their schedule and mine I do allow for bi-weekly sessions.

  • Are there expiration dates on training sessions?

Short answer NO. I understand life is crazy and we need to push a session out a week or a few days or even months if an injury or sickness kicks in. So as far as I am concerned if you paid for them then they are yours to use!

  • What is the cancelation policy?

24 hours notice. If you are a no-show then you will be charged that session.

  • How does online training differ than in person?

The main difference is it works 100% on your time. Workouts, meal plans, program selection, etc. is sent to you via email. The only scheduling that is required is our weekly check-ins and even those can be done via email, text if the traditional FaceTime or zoom doesn’t fit in. All workouts are done at your own pace with my guidance for limitations and modifications.

  • Do you offer meal plans?

YES, I have the credentials to create a meal plan for fitness and fat loss, maintenance and for performance purposes. I also offer additional meal plans that are for special needs to include Intermittent fasting, Carb Cycling, Vegan, Gut Health and Timed Nutrition.

  • Where do you train out of?

I train out of my private home studio. It’s a 400sq ft space with all the everything we need to see strength improvement and plenty of sweat!

  • Are you packages budget friendly?

Short answer YES. Budget is all relative. It comes down to VALUE. What I offer is life changing and there is no dollar amount that would be sufficient for the feeling of self content, flexibility and living life on your terms. Hiring a trainer is not the same as buying toilet paper, this is not a purchase, this is an investment in your HEALTH! You can either invest in your health now, or pay for doctors visits and co-pays, either way it will cost you money.

  • How long has an average client worked with you?

I started my career online and then slowly added in person clients and I still have clients from 2010 with me tot his day. Some have stayed online and others have bounced from one to the other. But for the most part longevity for my clients is the goal and the average stick around for 5+ years.

  • What can I expect from you as a trainer?

This is my favorite question of all. You can expect me to be responsible to you NOT for you. I am a fair and honest, shoot from the hip, type of trainer. I serve grace with a side of tough love. I am here for you and will always extend my hand to you along the way, but I require you meet me half way with your effort and communication.

  • WHat’s is growthDay?

GrowthDay is a brand new offer I just added to my packages. Brendon Burchard (creator of GrowthDay) built this platform as a way to put all things personal development in one place. This platform gives average humans super human tools for success. Throughout my years in this industry one element that I have found for my clients that succeed or struggle is MINDSET. It’s a muscle we tend to overlook and not train, but your brain and mindset is the one thing that gets everyone to a better quality of life. I use it everyday and encourage every single one of my clients to use it too.
